OSG FRONTLINE SERVICES

The Office of the Solicitor General offers several frontline services primarily issuances of certifications and deputations.

To certify that No Appeal or Motion for Reconsideration has been filed and that the court’s decision has become final and executory.

What is a deputation?

The OSG has the authority to delegate provincial or city prosecutors to represent the state in certain cases.

Schedule of Availability of Service:

Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

Valid ID and Authority to transact (For walk-in clients)
